I expected a much better experience overall. Firstly, my experience with the delivery company was unpleasant. I expected the parcel to be delivered to my door, but instead the driver asked me to meet him at a specific location. When I arrived, I still had to wait quite some time before receiving my package.
When I opened the parcel, the bag was not what I expected at all. There was visible glue on the seams that I had to wipe off myself, which I found quite unprofessional. After using the bag, I also noticed additional spots where glue or sewing marks were visible that I hadn’t seen initially.
When purchasing a bag, I expect it to arrive looking polished and properly finished. I do not expect to find glue residue or visible sewing markings that I have to clean off myself. Additionally, I found the straps to be too thin for the bag.
