Returns & refunds
If you have received your Woodstock Leather items and have decided you do not love them as much as you thought you would, we are happy to offer you an exchange or refund within 7 days of receiving your package.
We do, however, require you to cover the return postage costs.
All items sent back to us must be in their original condition, unused, in their original packaging with all tags still attached. (If the goods were delivered to you without tags you must advise us by email to this effect within 24 hours of receipt).
Monogrammed, personalized or engraved cannot be returned or exchanged.
We take great care in ensuring that the products we send out are of the highest quality, however if you believe you have received a faulty item, we will happily offer you a exchange (subject to availability) or refund.
Please inform us within 24 hours of receipt of your order. If possible please send pictures of the faulty goods: email@example.com
The Woodstock Leather warranty policy is automatically in effect upon purchase of any Woodstock Leather product. Woodstock Leather grants a 1 year warranty period on its goods.
The warranties do not apply in case of:
- Theft or loss;
- Intentional damage;
- Damages as a result of improper use such as scratching, bumping or falling;
- Normal wear and tear or ageing of the used materials; or
- Damages as a result of neglected care.
Woodstock Leather sources some of the finest genuine leather. Please note leather is a natural product and may show natural markings which mirror the animal’s active life; potential colour variances are possible from batch to batch and may vary from product to product.
For all exchanges and returns please contact us at info@Woodstockleather.co.za, prior to sending back your goods. In the email, please include the details of your purchase, order number and reason for return/ exchange.
The refund amount will be credited to your bank account via EFT within 7 days (subject to all return procedures being followed).
Your exchange item will be sent after receiving your returned item.
Items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty and will not be accepted for a return or exchange.
Please note Woodstock Leather does not accept returns on made to order items or personalized items.
