I expected a much better experience overall. Firstly, my experience with the delivery company was unpleasant. I expected the parcel to be delivered to my door, but instead the driver asked me to meet him at a specific location. When I arrived, I still had to wait quite some time before receiving my package.
When I opened the parcel, the bag was not what I expected at all. There was visible glue on the seams that I had to wipe off myself, which I found quite unprofessional. After using the bag, I also noticed additional spots where glue or sewing marks were visible that I hadn’t seen initially.
When purchasing a bag, I expect it to arrive looking polished and properly finished. I do not expect to find glue residue or visible sewing markings that I have to clean off myself. Additionally, I found the straps to be too thin for the bag.
Gorgeous and stylish bag although it is difficult to close - the magnetic clips not always effective and the flap folding over the handle is a bit awkward

Big enough to fit my laptop and chic enough to go with almost every outfit. The bag is well made, sturdy and beautiful. Proud to have bought genuine leather from a local supplier instead of supporting mass production, fast fashion, or synthetically made goods.
Such a stylish and practical bag with many pockets inside. I do love the pocket outside the bag. I am super satisfied with my purchase.
