The shape is nice and it fits my laptop well, although I'm not sure whether it would accommodate a larger laptop. Moreover, the stitching and handles aren't consistently neat, which makes the overall quality feel a bit lacking. If I'd seen it in person before buying, I might have reconsidered my purchase. The leather was also not the best quality I've seen. I'm also glad I bought it on sale because, at full price, I would've felt even more disappointed with the value for money. On an administrative note, it was difficult to determine whether refunds are available, as that information wasn't easy to find.

Overall, the bag gets the job done, but at this price point, I think there are better-quality options available.

Big enough to fit my laptop and chic enough to go with almost every outfit. The bag is well made, sturdy and beautiful. Proud to have bought genuine leather from a local supplier instead of supporting mass production, fast fashion, or synthetically made goods.

The brown tote is a must have, high high quality tote, ive had mine around two years should be more actually and no signs of wear. Superior craftmanship. i will definitely come through and buy more its work the price tag which is very fair. True value for money
