I was pleased to receive my duffel bag as I must say I was a bit apprehensive given the mixed reviews across the various products. The bag looks exactly as depicted in the picture. The craftsmanship well done. I could not be happier.

The shape is nice and it fits my laptop well, although I'm not sure whether it would accommodate a larger laptop. Moreover, the stitching and handles aren't consistently neat, which makes the overall quality feel a bit lacking. If I'd seen it in person before buying, I might have reconsidered my purchase. The leather was also not the best quality I've seen. I'm also glad I bought it on sale because, at full price, I would've felt even more disappointed with the value for money. On an administrative note, it was difficult to determine whether refunds are available, as that information wasn't easy to find.
Overall, the bag gets the job done, but at this price point, I think there are better-quality options available.
