    It would have been nice....

    I bought the bag as Christmas present for my wife.
    She wanted a bag to bring around her laptop with discretion.
    The courier tracking was not working, the whatsapp chat as well not working so the only option was long waiting on the line trying to re-arrange the delivery.
    The bag seemed to tick all the boxes.
    Unfortunately on Christmas day, once unwrapped we have realized that the 15.6" thin laptop didn't fit.
    The description in the website is not clear on this detail and the dimensions of the bag shown are not helping because you can't estimate the difference between inside and outside.
    The bag on itself seemed nice and of good quality.
    The impression was of a nice product but slightly different from the one in the website pictures (on the web it looked bigger! Maybe the model was minute and the bag looked bigger...)
    The customer service was OK, but there are no phone numbers to call or chat possibilities: I could have saved a lot of time, money and avoid returning the present if I could have chat and confirmed the details before ordering...
    Return process: we asked for an address to drop the bag directly (we live few km from woodstock) but we have only been given the possibility of a courier collection with additional costs, time and the pain to be standby for a couple of days waiting for the courier.
    I don't think I will buy again online without the possibility of checking the product or speaking with a person.
